Perry Sabourin,

I began my career working in developmental services, then moved to counselling men at risk or involved with the criminal justice system. Now I offer individual therapy for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, substance abuse, grief, insomnia and relationships.

I have a Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University and a Masters of Social Work from Wilfred Laurier University focusing on Individuals, Families and Group Therapy. I also completed the Human Services Counselor Program at George Brown College majoring in criminal justice and minoring in mental health.

I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
